SignQuarters warrants for a period of three (3) years from the date of invoice products of our own manufacturing (i.e., Uni-Trac, Gas-Trac, and Time/Temp Plus ) against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes the cost of parts and the cost of any factory repair labor incurred by SignQuarters when parts are returned prepaid to SignQuarters.
In the event of failure, we will send out replacement parts to an authorized SignQuarters dealer. We will make every effort to ship out replacement parts within 24 hours of service request. Parts being shipped back to the buyer will travel by FedEx Ground.
No charges for time, equipment, and materials used by others in making repairs or corrections will be paid by SignQuarters.
Warranty shall be void if any alteration or service is performed without the manufacturer’s authorization; or if the equipment has been connected to incorrect power, is damaged by electrical fluctuations, or is improperly grounded, or improperly installed.
Equipment which is subjected to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, shipping damage, installation damage or other natural disasters, including but not limited to: fire, wind, storms, lightning, flood, any act of vandalism, and failures caused by environmental conditions beyond SignQuarters’ control, such as corrosives, acts of God, terrorism or war, is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects or failures as a result of the use of replacement parts other than those supplied by SignQuarters unless specified in writing by SignQuarters.
In no event will SignQuarters be liable for any lost profits or any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the downtime of our products.
SignQuarters neither makes nor authorizes any agent or representative to make any other warranty of fitness, or of merchantability, guarantee, or representation, express or implied concerning our products. There are no other warranties for SignQuarters’ products and none which extend beyond the description on this document.
